While we have had work done on the back deck, we have had to walk Zoey through our living room to get to the milking parlor! The first few days we had to literally drag her hoping she wouldn't poop! Haha Okay she did poop once, but goat poop isn't bad at all. Now chicken poop, that's awful. Or duck! We had a duck poop in the living room once. It was horrible! Side note, don't bring a duck in and try to diaper it if it's already an adult. Only ducklings. Hahaha.
Zoey has been milking a bit better if we tie her collar to the stand, hobble her and tie the hobble to the stand. Even with all that when she runs out of the sweet feet she likes, she starts bucking! We are getting almost a half gallon a day from her so I guess we can't complain. She is full spirited and I just love that about her.
